Public Liability Insurance

Maynineteen operates as an event organiser and facilitator. We hold Public Liability Insurance for up to £10,000,000. A copy of our policy can be downloaded here. Maynineteen also holds Professional Indemnity Insurance, certification is available upon request. We use reputable suppliers and where appropriate provide fully detailed risk assessments. Please note all third party entertainers and suppliers carry their own Public liability Insurance.

Health & Safety

Maynineteen adheres to the Health and Safety Act at Work Act 1974, and other relevant legislation. We are supported by an external advisory service, Stallard Kane Associates Ltd and take all reasonable steps to protect employees, and others who may be affected by our activities, by implementing safe operating procedures and safe systems of work to eliminate foreseeable hazards.

CRB Checks

All activities organised by Maynineteen are designed for child participation only when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. Staff are trained to ensure that children are not left solely in our care at any time. We do not operate crèche, childminding or nursery facilities therefore we are not required by law to have CRB checks on our staff. However, many of our staff do have CRB certificates so if your event requires staff with CRB certification please advise the account team as early as possible when briefing.
